it is high time有兩種用法：
一種是接主語+should+動詞原形,一種是主語+動詞過去式.兩種結(jié)構(gòu)可以互換的，是虛擬語氣中的知識；
還有一種結(jié)構(gòu)就是it is high time+to do sth 是做某事的時候了。
